STUDIO POLICIES

Welcome! We are so excited to have you as a part of the Patrick Garr Studio.

Please review the terms below. By booking a coaching, you agree to all terms listed below at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your coaching. There will be no refunds or reschedules for cancellations after that time. Please be sure to email Hello@PatrickGarr.com if you have to cancel your coaching. You may also cancel/reschedule via the button at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please note: your refund will not be automatically processed. Please allow up 7-10 business days for the refund to appear. If you have any issues with cancellations or refunds, please email Support@PatrickGarr.com.

RATES + FEES

Patrick’s current private industry and performance coaching rates are:

• VIRTUAL: $150 for 50-minute sessions

• IN-PERSON: $185 for 50-minute sessions

This includes studio rental fees listed above. Should you require a specific studio for your coaching please email Hello@PatrickGarr.com (additional fees may be applicable) and we will discuss securing a specific rental for your session. Payment for coachings will be due at the time of booking your session

You may book your session in Patrick’s calendar by accessing your account.

STUDENT ACCOUNT

Each student will have an account and individual login in order to book sessions, view resources, and studio updates. If you haven’t made an account yet, please click here to create your login (email and password_. You will receive a confirmation email once you have joined. In order to access your account, please go to the homepage and click on the Login in the top right to access your account.

REHEARSAL SPACE

All studio rental costs are included for in-person coaching rates. Location details will be sent in your confirmation email.

Please respect the studio space during your coaching. Other performers use these spaces, so please be sure to clean up after yourself and make sure you have all belongings before leaving the studio.

Patrick + PG Creative, Inc. is not liable for any damages, fees, or expenses that may be incurred from misuse of the studio or loss of items during our sessions.

ARRIVAL + LATENESS

Whether you are virtual or in-person, please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your coaching. Patrick will admit you from the waiting room (in-person or virtual) as soon as he is finished with his previous students. Occasionally, Patrick will be running behind, however he will admit you as soon as he is ready for your coaching - hang tight 🚙

It is the student’s responsibility to show up on time to all coachings. Should you arrive 15 minutes or later to your coaching, the session will be cancelled. Refunds and reschedules will not be granted at that time. Should you know prior to your session that you will be late, please email Hello@PatrickGarr.com.

COACHING + PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS

All coachings will be virtual unless otherwise specified at the time of booking. If you are preparing for a virtual coaching, please create a free Zoom account for our session. You will receive a link in your confirmation email.

All students will receive a Dropbox link within 24 hours of their first coaching which will have all of their media - headshot/resume, resources, and recordings of all coachings. You can access this folder at any time. Recordings will be removed after 30 days in the file, so please be sure to bookmark or download any of our sessions that you would like to keep.

USE OF MATERIALS

By coaching with Patrick, you agree and understand that all materials presented/taught in coachings are used solely for educational purposes. Re-use of choreography, sharing of coaching recordings, or online resources/studio password is not permitted. CLIENT agrees to not utilize materials from sessions in future choreography, competition numbers, recital pieces, or class/workshop/masterclass for monetary value or compensation.
